1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fbjili (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and fbjili (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use fbjili, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. fbjili strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification may result in account suspension or closure.
• Legal Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. fbjili does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with fbjili. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use your account on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on fbjili, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide the following information accurately and keep it up to date:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Date of birth
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Notify fbjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

fbjili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 Verification Process

fbjili reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. This may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

fbjili supports multiple payment methods to facilitate deposits into your account. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbjili accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks)
• Online banking

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, and online banking are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to reflect in your fbjili account balance. If your deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your fbjili account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. fbjili reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and may reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals if third-party payment is suspected.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the terms outlined below.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Supported withdrawal methods include:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• Bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification for security purposes.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are usually completed within 1 hour of approval. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

5.4 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting the required identification documents. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at fbjili's discretion, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

If you have claimed any bonuses or promotions, you must meet the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. See Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on fbjili are governed by specific rules that are displayed within each game. By playing any game, you agree to abide by those rules.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on fbjili use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by fbjili or any player.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. fbjili will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, refund affected bets to player accounts. fbjili is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, including but not limited to server errors, software bugs, or connectivity issues.

6.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will be settled according to the game's rules. For live casino games, the round will continue and be settled based on the actual outcome. You can view the results in your game history once you reconnect.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface. fbjili reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

fbjili offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of the offer.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw any associated winnings. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

fbjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes

7.4 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any related winnings will be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

fbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

8.1 Age Restriction

fbjili is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. We employ age verification measures and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from fbjili for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months). During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or create a new account. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team.

8.3 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your spending. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbjili and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games on fbjili.
• Money Laundering: Using fbjili to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access or use your account.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or fbjili staff.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your fbjili account at any time by cont acting our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn all available funds. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10.2 Termination by fbjili

fbjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations

In cases of termination due to a violation of these Terms, fbjili reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the violation is confirmed, those funds may be forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. fbjili will notify you via email before applying any inactivity fees. A monthly inactivity fee may be deducted from your account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation is possible by simply logging back into your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fbjili and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform
• Losses arising from game malfunctions or technical errors, beyond the refund of affected bets

fbjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fbjili and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Changes to Terms

fbjili reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of fbjili following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. fbjili recommends checking this page at least once every 30 days.
